This is a sea facing 4-bedroom eco house with its private swimming pool.

The house is fully equipped and the kitchen offers a complete range by Miele.

The living room and kitchen offer expansive views to the sea and the private pool.

There is a high-quality fireplace, and an underfloor heating which make the property an ideal winter getaway.

Outside, sunbeds, a large overflow swimming pool with walk-in steps and its shower, a pergola, a BBQ and outdoor dining and lounging furniture complete the broad picture, all within well-landscaped grounds.

Sleeping Arrangements

On the first floor, the master bedroom comes with a large corner bed, raised to take the sea view in. As part of the bedroom suite we have located a sea facing creative studio with its own balcony and a single bed which can extend to become a second double bed.

On this floor we have added a children bedroom with three beds, one double on a loft accessible via an easy stairwell and two bunk-beds, allowing space for games and two small desks.

On the ground floor we have provided for a small single bed room with an adjacent ground floor shower. This can be helpful to an elderly or disabled person, or for a teenage child.

Things You Should Know

Cape Greco, also known as Cavo Greco, Italian for "Greek cape, is a headland in the southeaster part of the island of Cyprus.

It is at the southern end of Famagusta Bay and forms part of Ayia Napa Municipality.

It lies between the towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras, both of which are popular tourist resorts. It is frequently visited by many tourists for its natural beauty.

It is a protected nature park. From the high points on the cliff that rests at the cape one can view amazing sights out to sea.

According to local legend, it is also the home of the 'Ayia Napa sea monster'.

Cape Greco is a National Forest Park with unique flora and fauna and is under the administration of the Forestry Department of the Cyprus Ministry of the Interior.

Other Information

Protaras is a predominantly tourist resort which comes under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, stood the old city-state of Leukolla.

Protaras is also referred to as "the land of windmills", maintaining the nostalgic quality of the past.

Protaras has clear sky-blue waters and sandy beaches, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay. Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km southwest, it has expanded into a modern holiday resort of considerable size with tens of high capacity hotels, hotel apartments, villas, restaurants, pubs and associated facilities.

Being quieter than Ayia Napa and having less of a club scene, it has a reputation of catering more for family and Cypriot tourism.

Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the centre of Protaras, and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island.
