Description

The Orchard House, though not a beachfront property, this house adjoins a Nature Reserve area named "Pyrki" after a watchtower located in the vicinity.

The furniture and design of the kitchen and living area is absolutely top spec.

Our favourite area here is the garden facing the Nature Reserve area.

Featuring a meander of decks and levels set within beautiful gardens you will find a great area for outdoor dining, a gazebo also good for nude sunbathing, a large high spec Jacuzzi (safe for young children as it has a heavy lid providing a degree of security), an outdoor sound system, an orchard complete with fruit bearing trees, a BBQ area, an outdoor shower.

Sleeping Arrangements

This is a 3-bedroom villa that sleeps 6 guests.

In detail, the house's master bedroom comes with a double bed and a large walk in shower with led romantic lights.

The second bedroom offers a double bed as well and the third bedroom offers 2 single ones.

All bedrooms are fully furnished and decorated, and the overall impression is very pleasing.

Things You Should Know

Cape Greco, also known as Cavo Greco, Italian for "Greek cape, is a headland in the southeaster part of the island of Cyprus.

It is at the southern end of Famagusta Bay and forms part of Ayia Napa Municipality.

It lies between the towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras, both of which are popular tourist resorts. It is frequently visited by many tourists for its natural beauty.

It is a protected nature park. From the high points on the cliff that rests at the cape one can view amazing sights out to sea.

According to local legend, it is also the home of the 'Ayia Napa sea monster'.

Cape Greco is a National Forest Park with unique flora and fauna and is under the administration of the Forestry Department of the Cyprus Ministry of the Interior.

Other Information

Protaras is a predominantly tourist resort which comes under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus. In ancient times, where Protaras is now located, stood the old city-state of Leukolla.

Protaras is also referred to as "the land of windmills", maintaining the nostalgic quality of the past.

Protaras has clear sky-blue waters and sandy beaches, the most well-known of which is Fig Tree Bay. Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km southwest, it has expanded into a modern holiday resort of considerable size with tens of high capacity hotels, hotel apartments, villas, restaurants, pubs and associated facilities.

Being quieter than Ayia Napa and having less of a club scene, it has a reputation of catering more for family and Cypriot tourism.

Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the centre of Protaras, and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island.
